Terms & Conditions

अन्तिम अद्यावधिक · Last updated: 2 August 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Sauji ("Sauji", "we") for use of the Sauji app and website (https://saujiapp.com). Please read them before creating an account. By registering or using Sauji you accept these Terms.

१. सेवा के हो · 1. What Sauji provides

Sauji is software for Nepali retailers and wholesalers to record sales, stock, expenses and credit (udharo), to issue invoices, and to place and receive wholesale orders. Sauji is a record-keeping and communication tool only. Sauji is not a bank, payment processor, accountant, tax adviser, or party to any trade between a retailer and a wholesaler.

२. खाता · 2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a real business in Nepal. You register with your mobile number and a password, and you are responsible for keeping that password private and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate business information; false registration details, including impersonating another business, may lead to suspension.

A recovery email is optional. Without one, we may be unable to restore access if you forget your password.

३. तपाईंको डेटा तपाईंको हो · 3. Your data belongs to you

You keep all rights to the business data you enter. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and display that data so the app can work for you, and to share order details with the wholesaler you order from. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

४. अर्डर, भुक्तानी र उधारो · 4. Orders, payment and credit

Orders placed through Sauji are contracts between the retailer and the wholesaler. Price, availability, delivery, quality, returns, invoicing accuracy, taxes and settlement of payment or udharo are entirely the responsibility of those two businesses. Sauji does not collect, hold or transfer money between users, does not guarantee that any order will be accepted or delivered, and is not liable for unpaid credit. Disputes must be resolved directly between the businesses involved.

५. कर र कानुनी दायित्व · 5. Tax and legal responsibility

Invoices and reports produced by Sauji are conveniences generated from what you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your records, for complying with Nepali tax and business law, and for your own filings. Sauji does not submit anything to any tax or government authority on your behalf.

६. सदस्यता र नि:शुल्क अवधि · 6. Subscriptions and trials

Sauji may be offered with a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Current prices, trial length and included features are shown in the app before any charge. We will tell you before a trial ends. If a subscription is not renewed, access to paid features may be limited, but you will still be able to read and export your existing records. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

७. उचित प्रयोग · 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use Sauji for illegal trade, or to sell restricted goods such as alcohol without the licence verification required in the app; • attempt to access another business's data; • probe, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service; • upload malicious code or false verification documents; • harass other users; or • resell or relabel Sauji as your own product without our written permission.

८. उपलब्धता · 8. Availability

We aim to keep Sauji available and to protect your data with regular backups, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, network problems in Nepal, or events outside our control. Offline entries sync when your connection returns; please keep your device online regularly so nothing is lost.

९. दायित्वको सीमा · 9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nepali law, Sauji is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost sales, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

१०. निष्क्रियता र खाता बन्द · 10. Suspension and closing your account

You may stop using Sauji at any time and request deletion of your account by writing to support@saujiapp.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or endangers other users, and will tell you the reason where we lawfully can.

११. सर्त परिवर्तन र कानुन · 11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app. These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Kathmandu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
